If you are interested in beginning or developing a career in international education, Rotterdam and the Netherlands is an excellent place to be. Quality of life, superb infrastructure, a high level of English fluency and a truly global outlook amongst the population are but some of the benefits of living and working here. So, if you are driven by achieving the highest possible standards, enjoy creating exciting learning environments for your students, are flexible in the way you work and have a genuinely international approach to making what is best in schools, we would like to hear from you. We are often represented at recruitment fairs in the United States and Europe but, as our own faculty make their moves elsewhere from time to time, we are always on the look out for the best in teaching talent. Send an email and a resume (CV) to our Human Resources Coordinator, Elisabeth Mooring and, if it is appropriate, we will follow up with a response and arrange to talk further. The school employs both EU and non-EU citizens. In the latter case, the school will apply for a work permit from the Dutch Ministry of Employment on the teacher’s behalf. AISR strongly prefers candidates who have international experience in schools that are similar to ours. In addition, all candidates should normally have the following:
