Tim has lived and worked in Holland for 8 of the last 10 years, continuously for the last five and a half and is currently the Supply Chain Director of Fyffes, one of Europe's largest fruit companies. Tim has 2 children at AISR, one in Middle School and one in the Elementary School. His wife has been involved at the school in various capacities including the PTSA, as a Teachers Assistant and as a fully qualified nurse, she has taken over the role of School Nurse.
The Chambers family have always been active supporters of the school and when Tim was approached to join the School Board, he saw it as a further opportunity to involve himself in something he feels passionate about, his children's education.
His hobbies include golf and coaching at the local football team, both of which give him the opportunity to spend some valuable time with his children. |

Kimberly and her family recently moved to Rotterdam from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America. Kimberly holds a degree in Psychology and has over 12 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Kimberly has worked in Talent Strategy and as an Executive Coach for a number of non-profit organizations and in the medical research field. She is also a published author in cancer research.
Kimberly has one daughter at AISR in Elementary School. Her husband, Michael Thurmond, works for DB Schenker as Vice President, Electronics Contract Logistics/SCM. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys playing tennis and golf, walking the family dog, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Community Service and education has always been a life long passion for Kimberly. She is honored to be a part of the AISR Board and giving back to the school by utilizing her skills and talents.

Willem is the Marketing and Communications Director of Rotterdam School of Management, the business school of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before that, he worked for companies like Procter & Gamble and United Biscuits. He lives in Hillegersberg with his family: his wife Judith who is a teacher, and his son Tom of 10 and daughter Anne who is 8 years old. Willem and Judith have lived in England, where Tom was born. Willem thinks it is important to have a thriving and well integrated international school in the neighborhood, with strong links to higher education as well.

Frank is the Executive Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard unit here in Rotterdam responsible for the inspections of U.S. ships operating in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The U.S. Coast Guard unit in Rotterdam also ensures the security of ports throughout Europe, Africa and Middle East in order to allow ships proceeding from these ports to conduct business with the U.S. In a broader sense, this also benefits the international global trade.
Profile: Frank attended Brigham Young University, United States Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and University of Miami, FL. He holds a Masters degree in International Affairs in Political Economy from the University of Miami and a Masters degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Most recently, Frank (Commander Rego) served as Deputy Incident Commander for the Deep Water Horizon spill in Louisiana involving 18,000 personnel, 2,000 vessels and $200 Million worth of equipment. He was also the Branch Director for Plaquemines Parish, LA during the capping and securing of the Macondo Oil Well and clean up efforts affecting 9,950 miles of coastal shoreline, wetlands, estuaries, marine life and wildlife. The spill was the largest accidental marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry releasing about 4.9 million barrels of crude oil in the Gulf of Mexico.
He lives in Hillegersberg with his family: his wife Krissy who is an assistant teacher, and his daughter Samantha 9 who is a third grader at AISR. Frank represents the U.S. military with a strong representation at our school. In this capacity he serves as a link between the military community and the school.
