* The Capital Assessment Fee is not applicable to students in Pre-Kindergarten One, but becomes payable as soon as the Pre-Kindergarten One student enrolls in Pre-Kindergarten Two.
** A pre-payment of a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a place in the Pre-Kindergarten One Full Day and Half Day programs (once admission is granted).

Additional Fee and Payment InformationSchool FeesCurrently school fees include tuition fees, enrollment fees, capital fees and transportation fees. One Time Capital Assessment FeeThe Capital Assessment Fee is paid once, when a student is enrolled at the school for
the first time, and is non-refundable. (This fee is not applicable to pre-kindergarten one, but becomes payable as soon as the pre-kindergarten one student enrolls in pre-kindergarten two)
Annual Registration FeeThe Registration Fee is payable annually, regardless of when the student is enrolled during the school year and is non-refundable.
Transportation FeesThe Transportation Fee is payable annually and is charged according to the relevant zone as measured by a routeplanner. Zone 1 is in respect of a 0-3km distance, Zone 2 ranges from 3-10km and Zone 3 from 10-15km. A request for transportation outside of the standard zones may be possible and will be charged according to distance and time.
Enrollment during the year
For students that enroll after the beginning of the school year the proportion of tuition and transportation fees payable are as follows :

The capital assessment and registration fees are due in full. Payment of feesA full years tuition, registration, capital assessment and transportation fees (where applicable) must be paid by 30 June 2010 for students presently enrolled. Fees in respect of new students entering after August 1 are due within 2 weeks of the invoice date. Where do I make my payment?Payments should be made to the schools account at the ABN Amro Bank, Bergse Dorpstraat 8 in Rotterdam, using the information below :

It is very important to include both the invoice number and student name as a reference to ensure accurate allocation of fees. Withdrawal from the SchoolStudents leaving the school are required to clear all obligations before final records will be forwarded to the next school. RefundsThe school will not make tuition refunds when a student leaves during the year.
