Meet the Team

The Girls Under 15 Soccer team has been training well for the past 3 weeks. The team has been showing good progress in training and signs of improvement in individual players is evident. The team this year is a mix of young and younger. We welcome a few new comers to the team this year, 6th graders Gabi, Buse, Rachel, and 7th grader Kait are enjoying their first season playing soccer at AISR. They are joined by 6th graders Milou, Ji Won, and Ji Soo, who all return from last years team. All of the younger girls have shown promise and improvement in training and will be a vital part of this years and future teams. Essential to a team are players who show good leadership on and off the field. Luckily this year we have and abundance of these girls; Glara, Anna, Emma, and Yebin have done a great job, not only of leading, but of encouraging the younger girls.
This season will be the first time for this team and myself to go to the NECIS UNDER 15 tournament and we are really looking forward to it.
We hope to build on last years season, and continue to show improvement individually and as a team.
