U14 Girls, sadly not winning any games did however play their hearts out and in the end won the Most Sporting Team Award. Great sporting attitude!

2011.12.12.Meet the Team
U14/JV Girls Basketball (Top: Asli, Sophie, Chantea, Raquel, Milou Bottom: Glara, Yebin, Samantha, Gabi, Buse, Coach Hochstetler Missing: Natalia, Maddie, Kate).
This season we will have both an U14 team and a JV team representing the Sharks. The U14 team includes returners Gabi, Milou, Buse and Asli and newcomers Chanthea, Maddie and Raquel. The JV team includes returners Sophie, Glara and Yebin and newcomers Samantha, Kate and Natalia. Although there are two age groups, we are really one team.
The returning players made big strides last year and I expect them to continue to improve this year as well as act in leadership roles and help our new players. Our newcomers, like their fellow teammates, have an eagerness to learn and they work hard. I am looking forward to enjoying another season of coaching these girls.
