The Application Process
In addition to the OpenApply online application below, at least 2 years of school records (3 years for grade 12) in English need to be uploaded as well as proof of birthdate (passport pages). For students applying for grades 2 and higher, the Confidential Student Report (found on OpenApply) needs to be sent to the current school, completed by the school and sent directly to AISR. If you are not able to visit AISR, the principal will arrange a Skype chat to meet the applicant.
Please apply online using our online admissions portal. When you click on the link below, you will be taken to AISR's OpenApply portal, where you will be able to complete an online application, schedule a tour, and track the progress of your application. You will also be able to complete all required forms and upload required documents via the portal. Your information will be stored securely and will not be shared with 3rd parties.

At the Early Learning and Elementary level, each prospective student meets with the Elementary Principal for a brief interview and testing where appropriate.
For Middle and High School students, an academic interview with the student is conducted by the Secondary Principal. Academic records will be reviewed, and a writing sample or other assessment may be part of the admissions interview. Depending on the prospective student's English level, an English language test may be administered by the EAL specialist.
Where learning support is required, additional interviews and documentation may be requested.
Once the testing and interview process is completed, the Admissions Team makes a decision to admit or deny entrance to the student. No decision will be made if the academic records have not been received prior to the interview. We try to complete this process as soon as possible to allow the student/s to enter the school without further delay.
If your child is accepted for enrollment, you will receive further information from the Admissions Office. Final enrollment will take place after the student is officially accepted by the Admissions Team and the appropriate fees are paid.
